- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
- Packaging: We take great care in packaging our mangoes to ensure that they arrive at your doorstep in the best possible condition. Each mango is carefully handpicked, packed and shipped in a specially designed box to protect it during transit.
- Delivery: Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package when it arrives. In general, you can expect to receive your mango boxes within 2-4 business days after shipping.
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our mangoes, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. Customs fees and import duties may apply in your country, which are not included in the shipping charges. You are responsible for paying any additional fees.
Address Errors: We are not responsible for any delivery delays or lost shipments due to address errors or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Fresh Mangoes-
- Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our mangoes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the order has been shipped.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our mangoes, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Replacement: If a replacement product is necessary, we will ship it to you free of charge. If we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Other Products-
- In case of a damaged or defective product, we may request photographic evidence to be sent to us via email. If we determine that the product was indeed damaged or defective, we will either refund or replace the product as per your preference.
- Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for products that have been tampered with or have gone bad due to improper handling or storage. We also cannot issue refunds or replacements for products that have been delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
